Yes. The register keeps working offline and syncs when you're back online.

Refresh keeps a nasiya ledger per customer: you record a sale on credit, enter partial repayments, and see the outstanding balance and full history at any time. Repayment goes through the till and feeds your reports and receivables.

Refresh runs in the cloud on a subscription: no server, no per-seat licences, no visiting programmer, and updates are included. That said, Refresh is not accounting software and does not replace it — if you specifically need bookkeeping and local statutory reporting, you still need 1C.

Yes. Stock, prices, staff permissions and profit are tracked separately for each branch, and transfers between shops are recorded with their history. An owner sees both the overall picture and the numbers per location.

There is a per-cashier action log, cash-drawer shifts with X and Z reports, role-based access, and staff KPI reports. You can see who rang up a sale, a return or a discount.

Yes. Pharmacies get batch and expiry-date tracking with warnings before a batch expires; grocery shops get weighed-goods handling and scale-label printing. Electronics shops get serial and IMEI tracking.

No. Refresh is stock-control and point-of-sale software: it prints receipts on a receipt printer and works with a barcode scanner, but it is not itself a fiscal device. Check fiscal-hardware requirements with the tax authority.

Yes. Refresh is cloud software — all it needs is a browser or the mobile app, so it works in any country. The office and support team are in Dushanbe, and we work with shops in Khujand, Bokhtar and Kulob as well as outside Tajikistan. The interface is available in Russian, Tajik, Uzbek and English.
