Clothing is not one product, it is a matrix. A single style exists in five sizes and three colours, and every combination sells out, gets restocked and gets discounted on its own. Treat it as one card and you never learn that size 42 ran out a week ago while the 50s have been sitting since last season.
In Refresh a style is created once, and size and colour become its variants. Each variant carries its own barcode, its own price and its own stock level per shop. At the till the seller scans the tag and lands on the exact combination instead of picking it from a list.
A new delivery does not mean creating fifteen cards. Upload a spreadsheet: the "Option 1" and "Option 2" columns describe size and colour, and a "Quantity: <shop>" column splits the delivery across locations. The variants are created for you.
A stocktake in a clothing shop counts variants, not styles. You scan the tags, Refresh compares the count against the books and shows the discrepancy for every size and colour — shortages, mis-sorts and surpluses. The result is closed with a document rather than a back-dated edit.
Receiving from a supplier works the same way: what actually arrived is checked against the delivery note, and any difference shows immediately instead of a month later in a report.
Last season's collection should not quietly occupy both shelf space and cash. Refresh shows how many days an item has gone without moving, and seasonal promotions let you mark down what is left without rewriting the price on every tag by hand.
With more than one shop, stock, prices and staff permissions are tracked per location, and moving an item between shops is recorded as a document with its history — who sent it, who received it, and when.
Create the style once and add variants: size, colour and, if you need it, a third attribute. Each variant gets its own barcode, price and per-shop stock level.
Yes. The import template has "Option 1"–"Option 3" columns for size, colour and other attributes, a column for the variant SKU, and a "Quantity: <shop>" column per location.
By scanning tags. Refresh compares the physical count with the books and shows the discrepancy per size and colour, then closes it with a stocktake document.
Through seasonal promotions and discount rules: set the condition once and the price changes for the whole group.
Yes. Stock, prices, staff permissions and profit are tracked separately per shop, and transfers between them are recorded with their history.
Whatever you sell, the core platform does the heavy lifting.
