What to look at
First, the payment model. A subscription is a fixed monthly amount that usually includes updates and support. A perpetual licence is a large one-off payment, to which per-seat licences, a computer or server and separately billed support are almost always added. Neither is better; they simply fall on a shop's cash flow in different ways.
Second, what happens when the internet or the power goes. Locally installed software works without a connection by definition. Cloud software does so only if the vendor built an offline mode — worth checking in the documentation rather than in a homepage promise.
Third, language and currency. Several products here have never been translated into Tajik and do not publish prices in somoni, because Tajikistan is not their main market. In a shop where the staff speak Tajik that can matter more than a price difference.
And fourth, whatever you specifically need: several locations, weighed goods, customer debts (nasiya), IMEI, expiry dates. Comparing software in the abstract is useless; comparing it against your own list is not.
