Showroom vs. warehouse
Separate display items from sellable stock. Order fulfillment from any warehouse.
Track inventory, learn customer preferences, grow sales with analytics, and manage staff and finances — all in one cloud platform.
Separate display items from sellable stock. Order fulfillment from any warehouse.
Take partial payments, schedule deliveries, keep the customer in the loop.
Move heavy items between stores with full tracking and cost allocation.
There are two fundamentally different things here: the display piece on the floor and the stock in the warehouse. Hold them in one balance and sooner or later you will sell the assembled piece standing in the window. Refresh separates stock by warehouse and location, so the floor and the warehouse are visible separately.
Bulky goods rarely leave with the customer straight away, so it matters that stock is reserved when the sale is agreed rather than when it ships.
Furniture usually sells with a part payment: the customer leaves a deposit and pays the rest on delivery. Refresh supports pre-orders and payment in parts, so the deal lives in the system from deposit to dispatch instead of in a manager's notebook.
The outstanding amount on such a deal is visible the same way an ordinary customer debt is, and is settled through the till.
The sofa the customer wants is often in the other shop. A transfer is recorded as a document with its history — who sent it, who received it and when — so a large item does not go missing between locations and stock stays trustworthy at both.
Stock is held per warehouse and location, so the floor and the warehouse are visible separately and a display piece does not go into ordinary sales.
Yes. Pre-orders and payment in parts are supported; the outstanding amount is visible and settled through the till.
As a transfer: recorded as a document with send and receive history, with stock updated at both locations.
The deal shows the amount received and the balance due, the same way an ordinary customer debt does.
Whatever you sell, the core platform does the heavy lifting.
